Iwan's a big hit!

Top British athlete Iwan Thomas passed on fitness tips to youngsters at Little Horsted Primary School on Wednesday.

His visit was part of the Super Schools scheme to raise funds for young British athletes.

The children were sponsored and half the money raised will go to their school and the other half towards training young athletes.

Accompanying Iwan, who runs in 400m and relay races for Wales and Britain, was Todd Bennett, himself once a 400m runner for Britain.

Headteacher Michael Davies said the visit was a great success with the children able to ask the athletes questions after working on their press-ups, sit-ups and star jumps. L40100d
