January 25 - Conquest meeting

ANYONE interested in the future of hospital services at the Conquest should get down to the Royal Victoria Hotel on January 25.

Health chiefs are holding a public meeting from 12noon to 3pm for those with a

vested interest in any proposed changes.

Hastings and Rother Primary Care Trust (PCT), the organisation responsible for funding health care in the area, has written to all stakeholders, such as the council and Patient Public Involvement Forum, inviting them to have their say.

But you the general public are also welcome to attend - and should - if you care about the future of services such as Accident and Emergency and maternity.

This is the meeting where much-anticipated plans for the Conquest are likely to be unveiled, so your input is vital.
