Jempsons hits right note with chamber music festival

FAMILY owned Peasmarsh supermarket Jempsons have made a £250 donation to this year’s Peasmarsh Chamber Music Festival.

The Festival, which runs from June 14 - 17, will be a weekend of exquisite chamber music featuring a host of acclaimed musicians including Grammy Award winning Steven Mackey, cellist Richard Lester as well as renowned violinist Anthony Marwood, co-director of the festival and a Peasmarsh resident.

Performances will take place at the village church of St Peter and St Paul as well as St Mary’s church in Rye.
