Jewellery stolen in Brede burglary
Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary at a property in Brede Hill where jewellery was stolen on.
It was taken from the inside of the bathroom window ledge. The window was unlocked and open and it is believed that the perpetrator was able to lean inside and steal the jewellery which was easily within reach.
Any witness or anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting serial 0500 of 2/4. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Police would like to remind people to ensure their home security in the warmer weather. When you leave a room unattended, close the windows and doors, especially on the ground floor.
