Keeping track ofRye area buses

Bus operator Stagecoach has announced it is fitting GPS to all its vehicles.

This will allow passengers to use their smart phone to find out exactly where the bus is on the route.

Those not using phones can check on electronic information points.

It should be possible to establish a point at Crown Fields at Rye and another at Rye Harbour which would have a screen behind the shop window for security reasons.
