Lancing man is charged with two counts of rape
A LANCING man was charged with two counts of rape, sexual assault and possession of a class B drug, last week.
The man has been charged with rape after a woman was attacked outside Ardingly Court, High Street, in Brighton, on Monday, January 5.
Philip Olliver, 32, a technician, of West Lane, Lancing, appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court on January 10.
He has now been remanded to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday, January 30.
