So far, we have received hundreds of votes from readers keen to make sure their favourite people win the much coveted awards.
Over the months, we have featured heart-warming and moving stories on some of those who have been nominated.
The awards is a chance to celebrate the enormous talent we have in our community.
One such talent is singer Terry Winstanley, who we are pleased to announce will be performing at the awards event.
This will be the second time Terry, from X-Factor fame, has performed in the town, with his first show next week.
Terry said he was “honoured” to be asked to perform as well as be nominated, adding: “I think it is brilliant to have things like this.”
Below is the list of all nominations to help remind you of who you can vote for. The deadline for votes to be received is noon on Wednesday.
Using the form, you can vote for one person in each category.
You can send us as many forms as you like, as long as they are not photocopies, changing your choice each time if you want.
Last year, we had thousands of votes, so make sure your vote counts this year.
The winners will be announced by Fred Dinenage at our free awards night, which will be held at Worthing’s Dome Cinema on Sunday, November 13.
Also on the night, we will reveal the winners of two special awards – The Reader Award for someone who may have just missed out in the reader vote; and the Herald and Gazette Special Award, which will be chosen by us.
Tickets will be given on a first-come, first-served basis until they are all allocated.
Please note in this week’s Herald and Gazette papers a printing error meant the wrong ticket number was printed.
The correct number to call if you have been featured in this year’s awards and not been contacted about tickets is 01243 534119.
