Latest planning application news

Planning applications announced this week by Arun District Council include a large expansion of a cattery in Walberton.

Permission is sought to expand the existing boarding cattery in Yapton Lane from 16 units to 45 units. The plans also include a reception area, kitchen, two isolation units and additional parking.

Plans have been submitted to rebuild an existing retaining boundary wall in Arundel Conservation Area. The wall, located 57 and 59 High Street, is in the setting of a listed building.

Owners of The Park Surgery in St. Flora’s Road, Littlehampton, have requested permission to build a green steel storage unit.

The owner of 7 Jib Close in Littlehampton has applied for permission to build a single storey extension.

Another request to extend a property, this time in Rustington, has been submitted to Arun District Council. The application for the property on Knowle Hurst Road is for single and two-storey extensions and alterations.

The owners of 47 Appletree Walk in Horsemere Green, Climping, have sought permission for a single storey side and rear extension to the property.
