Lewes trains affected by signalling problems

Trains are unable to run from Eastbourne to Lewes or from Lewes to Seaford due to signalling problems near Lewes this lunchtime (Monday April 29).

All other services via Lewes may be delayed by up to 40 minutes.

Routes affected include Gatwick Airport, Haywards Heath, Brighton, Lewes, Polegate, Eastbourne, Normans Bay, Bexhill, Hastings and Ashford International; also Brighton, Lewes, Newhaven Town and Seaford

Tickets are being accepted on buses between Brighton and Eastbourne/Seaford.
