Lindfield Preservation Society: Tuesday 14th February at 2.30pm in the King Edward Hall. A talk by Geoffrey Mead called: River Ouse: Source to the Sea. This talk will look at the geology and geography of the river basin and how that influences the social and economic history, its agriculture and settlement patterns. All welcome. Entry free. Ensemble Reza: A free lunchtime concert on St Valentine’s Day. This will be at Haywards Heath Methodist Church from 1-2pm on Tuesday 14th February. Refreshments will be served from 12.30pm. Featuring some of the greatest popular romantic works for quartet as well as a few lighter pieces, this concert should please all romantics out there. Mid-Sussex Decorative and Fine Arts Society: Wednesday 15th February at 10.15am for 10.45am-noon in Clair Hall, Haywards Heath. “Gallery on the Street- Public Art in the City of London,” a lecture by Alexandra Epps.
