Lindfield Festival Night: This is on Tuesday 6th December. As usual the High Street will be closed to traffic in the evening from 5.30-9.30pm. The festivities will begin about 6pm and finish by 9pm and Father Xmas is expected to arrive at the United Reformed Church at about 6pm. Lindfield Afternoon WI: There will be a meeting in the King Edward Hall on Tuesday 6th December from 2.15-4.15.

Haywards Heath Concert Band: A Charity Xmas Event on Wednesday 3rd December from 1.30-4pm in the King Edward Hall. Free entry. There will be gift/craft stalls and refreshments. Music will be played all afternoon and the Haywards Heath Singers; will also perform. All profits will go to Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice.

MSOPC.(Older People’s Council.): On Saturday 10th December there will be a Xmas Tea and Entertainment from 2-4pm in the King Edward Hall. The orchestra from St Paul’s College will perform. Please phone and leave your name on the answerphone if you wish to attend: 01444 242760.

Journey of the Magi. On Saturday 10th December there will be a Xmas Treat by the Spring Dance Company at 7.30pm at Great Walstead School, Lindfield. Tickets are £12/10 from All Saints Church Office on 01444 482405.

Lindfield Country Market: is now taking orders for Xmas baking. Pop in and have a look at the table displaying the items that can be ordered for collection on15th or 22nd December. There are the usual array of cakes, hand made crafts Xmas gift ideas and cards, some of which can be personalised. Orders taken one week for the next. Every Thursday from 10-11am.
