Lindfield Horticultural Society is holding a Coffee Morning and Plant Sale on Saturday February 6th from 10-12noon in the King Edward Hall. Entrance £1.Then on Wednesday February 10th there will be a talk at 8pm in the King Edward Hall given by David Porter called “Life above a Railway Tunnel.” Entrance £1.

Lindfield Lunchtime Concerts. On Wednesday February 10th the Roger Hind Jazz Trio will perform for you at 1pm in the United Reformed Church. This is a welcome return visit from Roger Hind (piano), Graham Mintram (double bass) and David Brown (saxophones/clarinet). Popular tunes and a few surprises will make up the programme. As usual there will be lunches served in the church hall from 12.15pm.Admission and lunches are free, but gifts towards expenses will be gratefully received.

Mid Sussex Ramblers. Winter talks in 2016 are taking place in the King Edward Hall. The next talk on Wednesday February 10th will be given by Ian Gledhill and is called “Offenbach and his Rivals.” This will be an illustrated musical presentation. It will be in the Jubilee Room and costs £3 per person. Admission at 7.30pm and the talk starts promptly at 8pm. Light refreshments will be available. Parking is on the street and behind the Co-op in Denmans Lane. More information at: [email protected]
