Little Life Savers

PUPILS at Georgian Gardens Primary School, Rustington, received their St John Ambulance certificates in basic first aid on Friday.

The certificates were presented by Mike Hole from the St John Ambulance.

The 110 pupils from years three and four had worked very hard to gain their awards and school science co-ordinator Nathan Golby was delighted with their acheivements.

"The pupils learned these vital life-saving skills during school science week and were trained in resuscitation as well as more complex issues, such as who to call if there is an emergency at home."
