Littlehampton bike thief targets rare model

A RARE, £2,000 bike has been stolen from a shed at Arundel Road, Littlehampton.

The bike, stolen between 7.45am and 6.30pm on Thursday (May 28), has a white frame, brown leather saddle, carbon fibre front suspension fork with pace stickers and wheels which are anodised gold.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: "This bike had been modified by its owner and was of great value financially and sentimentally.

"We believe this bike has been targeted because it is so specialised and would appeal to anyone who recognises the picture we have released to contact Sussex Police."
