Littlehampton children give back to those less fortunate
PUPILS at a primary school in Littlehampton have been helping those less fortunate than them by sending shoeboxes filled with goods to children around the world.
The children and parents at River Beach Primary School, in York Road, have recently spent time thinking about other children who are not as lucky as them
The children were shown a short film in assembly and told about the work done by the charity Samaritan’s Purse, which takes shoe boxes of gifts to children in other countries.
As a result of this, they have collected together more than 50 shoe boxes to send to children overseas.
