Littlehampton’s annual sandcastle competition
BUCKETS and spades at the ready, it’s almost time for some classic seaside fun.
Littlehampton Town Council will hold its annual sandcastle competition on the seafront, on August 13, with this year’s judges confirmed as mayor Emma Neno and Sandy the Harbour Park mascot.
Chairman of the council’s community resources committee, Alan Gammon, said: “This is a fantastic event, as it brings families together to enjoy a great seaside pastime.”
Registration will start at 12.25pm, ahead of the contest, at 1pm, and there will also be a Punch and Judy show.
