Antonia and Victoria's book contains ten chapters, offering a wealth of clear, easy to understand information, on exactly what Down's Syndrome is, screening and diagnosis, coping with changes to family life, education and schooling, health conditions, finance, working with professionals and preparing for adulthood.

In addition the book's 'Help List' contains over ten pages pages of information providing contact names and addresses along with a related further reading book list.

Antonia said: "By reading this book, you can develop your understanding of the condition and, perhaps more importantly, find out about the help available and how to access it."

Downs Syndrome affects approximately seven hundred and fifty babies in the UK every year and it's estimated that there are around 60,000 people living with the condition in the UK.

The book is priced at 8.99 and is available at all good book shops or via the website at: www.need2knowbooks.co.uk
