“A small group of clients join facilitators and therapists for a day of sanctuary, designed to create a safe space in which attendees may find the freedom for personal reflection, exploration, relaxation and nourishment. There is an opportunity to explore creative expression through a variety of mediums, such as paint, clay, creative writing, poetry, visualisation, gentle body movement and Tai Chi. Therapies such as reflexology, aromatherapy and therapeutic touch are also offered during the day. Transport and lunch are provided.”

To stand a chance of securing funding the SLT need you to vote for them by May 30 at: https://community-fund.aviva.co.uk/voting/project/view/1470/ where you will be given 10 votes to use as you wish. Maria said: “We would be so grateful if you would use all your votes to support our application.”
