Look what’s hatching at Brede Primary
CHILDREN at Brede Primary School were delighted to welcome some new arrivals in the form of newly hatched chicks.
Head Nicole Cummins said: “Over the last year, children have had the opportunity thanks to FOBs (Friends of Brede) to care for chickens and have been rewarded with freshly laid eggs. “Children have learned about economic enterprise by using donations for the eggs to buy grain and straw.
