Love a duck!
FIVE hundred plastic ducks will be taking to the River Tillingham at Rye on Saturday as Rye Playgroup re-launches its annual Duck Race.
It takes place at the Ferry Road Bridge from noon and will be followed by a barbecue, games and a bouncy castle back at the playgroup in Ferry Road.
Ducks can be purchased from the Playgroup, priced £1.
The event is to help raise funds for the pre-school playgroup, which has been providing a service in Rye for more than 40 years.
