Lurgashall’s arts exhibition returns

VILLAGERS’ talents will go on show at the sixth Lurgashall Arts and Crafts Exhibition.

The exhibition will be held in Lurgashall Village Hall this weekend.

Sue Lambot, one of the organisers, said: “Since the year 2000, this celebration of original arts, crafts, photographs and sculpture has been held every three years.

“It is a chance for adults and children, amateurs and professionals, to showcase their talents – some for the very first time.”

There is a Preview Party tomorrow at 7pm. Tickets are £5 each from Lurgashall Village Shop.

The show is then open to all, free of charge, on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
