M-CYCLIST KILLED IN A22 CRASH

At about 2.50am on Sunday, April 23, a Honda 499 motor cycle was being ridden south between Hailsham and Polegate.

It crossed the central grass reservation and collided with a Vauxhall Corsa being driven north.

The motor cyclist, a 41-year-old Eastbourne man, died at the scene. The Corsa driver, a 50-year-old man from Eastbourne, was unhurt.
