M23 blocked because of accident at Crawley

The M23 was blocked because of an accident near Crawley this afternoon (Saturday, July 23).

The motorway was partially blocked with queuing traffic northbound between junction 11 Pease Pottage and junction 10a, according to BBC Travel.

Emergency services were on the scene.
