That’s according to a study of 2,000 under 45s by Slater & Gordon that found that soaring property prices and sky-high deposits were crushing any hope many prospective first-time buyers held in purchasing a house.
It also seems that despite the fact there are many schemes to help people buy, most of us are either unaware of them, don’t know how they work or haven’t looked into them.
