Ingredients:
6 gelatine leaves
200g golden caster sugar
75g water
1tbp clear honey
4 medium egg whites
1tbp matcha powder
4tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste
Golden icing sugar and corn flour to dust
