December 17:

Simon Harker (aged 49), of Battle Road, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to three charges of assaulting a woman by beating and a charge of harassment. The offences took place at Hastings in September and November. The court made a community order with a requirement to attend a domestic abuse programme and fined him £50.

Michelle Tuohy (aged 23), of Peartree Lane, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and a further charge of assault by beating. The offences took place at Princes Road, Eastbourne, on October 13. The court made a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement and ordered her to pay £50 compensation. They also imposed a 20 day electronically tagged curfew between 9pm and 7am.

Samantha Clarke (aged 41), of Mount Pleasant Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to stealing items valued at £314 from Tesco at Hastings on November 14. She also pleaded guilty to attempted theft from BP filling station, Bohemia Road, on November 11. The court made a community order.

Trevor Standen (aged 39), of St Georges Road, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating. The offence took place at Bexhill on June 24 2015. The court made a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement. 

Ryan Williams (aged 31), of Croydon, Surrey, was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. The offence took place at Queens Road, Hastings, on June 15 2015. The court made a community order with a requirement of 150 hours unpaid work and ordered him to pay £50 compensation and court costs of £890.

December 22:

Slavomir Patrovsky (aged 27), of De Cham Avenue, St Leonards, was found guilty of failing to provide a breath specimen after being stopped driving a Skoda Octavia on Bohemia Road, St Leonards on June 26 2015. He was fined £250 and banned from driving for three years.

Lee Bennett (aged 30), of Quebec Close, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating and causing £250 damage to a television. The offences took place at Bexhill on November 30. The court made a community order with requirements to attend a domestic abuse programme and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. They also made a restraining order.

Rory Cole (aged 30), of Pinewoods, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to driving dangerously. The offence took place at Eversfield Place, St Leonards, on September 13. The court made a community order with a requirement of 80 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for one year.

Michelle Giles (aged 43), of Etchingham Drive, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to driving a Seat car on Churwood Drive, St Leonards, while over the drink drive limit on December 4. She was fined £250 and banned from driving for one year.
