Major hotel chain destined for Worthing’s seafront?

PREMIER INN – the UK’s largest hotel chain – could be opening its first branch in Worthing, after an alcohol and film licence application was submitted for a seafront property.

The chain has earmarked the as-yet-to-be-completed Beach Residences development, in Marine Parade, as its destination, and according to Ben Cheal, managing director of Roffey Homes – the Beach Residences’ developer, the move will happen subject to contract.
