It is the first in the Body, Mind and Soul series Amber is running with her Wellness Matters Academy.

Part two, in May, will explore the benefits of flower essences in giving emotional support.

Amber will be combining chocolate making with supporting the charity, United Response, which helps people with learning and physical disabilities and mental health needs.

Two members of her family have disabilities and she works in a similar field. She will be running a raffle in aid of United Response during the session.
