MAN, 55, DIES IN CRASH
A 55-year-old man died in a road accident near Ninfield last night.
At 8pm, a collision involving two vehicles, a white Toyota Carina and a silver Ford Focus occurred on the A269 Hazzards Green near Ninfield.
As a result of the collision the driver of the Toyota sustained fatal injuries and the woman driver woman of the Focus, aged 44, sustained serious injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact 0845 60 70 999 quoting Operation Discus, especially those that may have seen the vehicles prior to collision.
