Man arrested after bike stolen from station

A man has been arrested after a bike was stolen from a Horsham station this afternoon, police have said.

Officers were called at around 2.10pm after receiving a report of an attempted theft outside the station in North Street

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Police arrested a man and the incident was left with the British Transport Police.

“A 21-year-old man of no fixed address, arrested on suspicion of theft, remains in police custody at this stage.”
