Man assaulted in Worthing street

The man was walking with his girlfriend in Pavilion Road at 3.44am on Saturday, December 21, when he suffered an apparently unprovoked attack from at least two other men, who punched and kicked him to the ground.

The offenders, aged between 21 and 24, then got into a silver Ford Fiesta and left their victim lying in the road. He was taken to Worthing Hospital and treated for bruising.
