Man banned from town

A man has been banned from entering Bognor Regis town centre at night. Oliver Fellick (18) has been served with an anti-social behaviour order.

Its conditions stop him from entering an exclusion zone which encompasses the town centre between 6pm and 7am until January 3, 2011. He will face arrest and prison if he breaks any of the conditions of his ASBO.

It also prevents him from being drunk or consuming alcohol in public places anywhere in England or Wales, apart from licensed premises, abusing or threatening others and from associating with three other specified men. Posters and leaflets with Fellick's photo, name, date of birth and details are being delivered to homes and shops in the town centre.

They encourage people to report Fellick if they see him breaching any of the conditions. Fellick, from Middleton, was also fined at Chichester Magistrates Court last Friday for drunk and disorderly behaviour as well as being served with the ASBO.
