Man dies after crash at Bury Hill

A MAN has died after three cars crashed on the A29 at Bury Hill.

The 36-year-old man, from Pulborough, was driving a red Toyota Rav 4, which collided with a red Ford Mondeo travelling southbound, and a silver Audi travelling northbound at about 5.35pm on Wednesday (May, 4).

He was taken to St Richard’s Hospital, where he died later. The driver of the Mondeo, a 49-year-old man from Chichester, sustained serious injuries, and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

The 63-year-old driver of the Audi was not hurt.
