A man who was tragically found dead at Splash Point in Seaford has been named by police.

Police said the body of a man found on the shore at Splashpoint, off Cliff Road, Seaford, at 2pm on Monday (January 4), has been identified as that of 77-year old Donald Cherry, of North Road, Alfriston.
His death is not being treated as suspicious, confirmed a spokesman, and the coroner’s officer is continuing enquiries.
