Man found dead in Hove

Emergency services were called to Langdale Gardens in Hove this morning at about 6.34am following reports of a man with 'serious head injuries', police have said.

The man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

There were not suspicious circumstances, police said, and the coroner's office has been informed.

A spokesman for Sussex Police: "Emergency services were called about 6.34am on Sunday 18 April, after a man was found with serious head injuries at the junctions of Kingsway and Langdale Gardens, Hove.

"He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. There are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner’s officer has been informed.

"We have no further information."
