Man hands himself in after appeal by Eastbourne police.
A man has called police to identify himself as the person shown in a photograph released by detectives investigating an incident at a bus stop in Eastbourne on May 22.
Police say that in the photo, a man can be seen displaying an indecent image on a mobile phone.
Sussex Police said arrangements are being made to interview the man under caution.
