Man in hospital after Littlehampton town centre stabbing

A MAN has been stabbed outside a Littlehampton pub.

The victim, thought to be in his 20s, was attacked outside The Globe, in High Street, at about 6.30pm today (January 2), and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

A man is believed to have been arrested at the scene.

A spokesman for Sussex police said: "A man was injured in Littlehampton at about 6.30pm this evening, and we are currently investigating this."

A large part of the town centre is currently closed by police, while they search the area.
