Man injured after two-car crash in Beckley

A man in his 60s was left injured after a crash involving two cars in Beckley yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, July 27).

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service crews from Broad Oak were sent to the crash on Cherry Garden Hill at around 2.45pm.

Firefighters made the area safe while the man was treated by paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service.

He was checked over at the scene before being taken to the Conquest Hospital.
