Special guests including Caroline Lucas spoke out against the Government’s budget cuts and backed the Save Our Schools campaign.

SOS parent and organiser Alison Ali said: “Our mass assembly offers the chance to witness a powerful coalition in action.

Parents, pupils, young people, heads, teachers, support staff and politicians are coming together not just to voice their concerns over funding cuts, but also to celebrate the unique bridge of trust that is being built between schools and parents.”
