Mid Sussex businesses are in line for a windfall

Ten small businesses are in line for a windfall after applying to Mid Sussex District Council's Microbusiness Grant Scheme.

The scheme is open to firms with fewer than ten employees, and is funded through a £72,000 allocation from the West Sussex County Council’s business rates pool.

More than £50,000 has already been allocated by the district’s cabinet grants panel, which will meet on Monday (September 3) to consider the latest batch, totalling £17,150.
