Middleton celebrated peace
A symbol of Christmas arrived at Middleton's parish church for the festive season.
The famous Peace Light and its associated message of peace was taken to St Nicholas Church by the Deep Sea Scout Fellowship in Felpham. It shone in the church during Christmas.
The light starts its journey each year in the Grotto of the Nativity of Jesus in Bethlehem.
An 11-year-old Austrian schoolgirl collected the light this year to begin its trip to countries across Europe on its way to North America.
