Missing make-up artist - police appeal for new leads

Police are appealing for sightings of missing make-up artist Diane Chenery-Wickens.

DCI Steve Johns, who is leading the investigation, said: 'The two week anniversary gives us an opportunity to prompt people's memories of what, and who, they may have seen that day.

'We are keen for anyone who saw Diane or her car in that area to contact us. The CCTV we have viewed so far does not show Diane.'

Mrs Chenery-Wickens, 48, of Duddleswell, was reported missing on January 24.

It is reported that she went missing after travelling on a train from East Grinstead railway station at 11am.

Her husband was arrested on suspicion of her murder and later released on bail.

Two uniformed officers will be at Grosvenor Road, East Grinstead, from 10.30am tomorrow (Thursday), with boards showing a photograph of her and of her blue Audi A4 car, asking if anyone can remember seeing them.
