More top jazz lined up for Rye

RYE Bay Marketing Group is putting on showcase jazz concerts this weekend to coincide with the Rye International Jazz Festival.

Award winning sax player Yolanda Brown plays at Rye College on Bank Holiday Monday at 7.30pm.

Yolanda has starred at Jazz Festivals in London and Mexico and was recently booked to play with Jools Holland’s Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.

She will be playing material from her debut album April Showers,

Classic jazz crooner Chris Hutchinson performs at Rye Community Centre on Saturday at 7.30pm while singer and best selling Blue Note label artist Stacey Kent is at Rye College on Sunday evening at 7.30pm.
