Motor bikers bring bank holiday colour
DOZENS of powerful bikes turned heads at Rye’s Strand Quay on Bank Holiday Monday.
The bikers, who are welcomed by traders, have caused problems in the past when there have been complaints about bikes blocking footpaths and emergency exits at the Strand as well as complaints of noise and speeding through the surrounding villages, but there seemed to be no complaints or problems this time.
Strand Quay is one of the favoured stopping points of bikers in the South of England according to the motorcycle press.
