MURDERED TOT BURIED AFTER 16 MONTHS

TINY Sam Back was finally buried as his handcuffed mother, who left him to rot in his cot for nearly three weeks, wept.

Emma Back, 22, of Park Road, Bexhill, was allowed out of jail for the short service 16 months after her crack-cocaine addict boyfriend Aaron Goodman, 27, beat her son to death at their St Leonards flat.

Goodman was sentenced to life in March for the murder at Lewes Crown Court.

But the moving service at Bexhill Cemetery was marred by Back, jailed for three and a half years on April 15 for conspiracy to prevent burial and neglect, trying to keep it secret from her family.

Brenda Kingshott, Back's mother, and around 20 others only found out about the funeral after an anonymous call and were forced to stand yards from the emotional service.
