Netherfield Youth Activities - every Wednesday from 11am to 3pm in the Village Hall, a light lunch is provided, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Netherfield Church - The service this Sunday August 18 will be a Holy Communion at Mountfield, the following week will be at Netherfield. All services are at 10 am.

Last Saturday we had a full church for the marriage of David Streeter and Caroline Gill. The weather was good and the church looked at its best for the occasion with magnificent flowers decorating the gateway. The service was conducted by Father Christopher Channer and all went to plan with the couple obviously so happy and enjoying the occasion. They left for the reception in a VW camper which must be a first! We wish them every happiness for their future together. Paul Smith, Churchwarden.

White Hart - There are various groups meeting throughout the month including Boules, The Rover group, The Harley Davidson group, T.R.Cars and The Breakaway Club, if you would like to know more about any of the dates and times or the darts and football teams please give Sean a ring on 01424 838382. White Hart Boules Pitch. The pieste is free to use, any clubs please feel free to come and use the pieste, FOC any time except match days which are Saturday afternoons throughout the season. The Mobile Library will be outside the shop from 11.50 – 12.10 today Friday August 16 and on Friday August 30.
