Netherfield Church – This Sunday, March 17 will be a Holy Communion at Mountfield, the following week, Sunday March 24 we shall be at Netherfield. Services are at 10 am.

Only a week away now and we shall be holding our annual Spring Fair on Saturday March 23 in the church. Open from 10 am until noon, with refreshments available throughout. There will be the usual attractions. We have some new stalls to raise interest as well as the usual books, produce and bric-a-brac. There will be a tombola and raffle but most importantly, for the children, an Easter Egg Hunt. Admission is £1 to include a cup of tea or coffee. Any donations of produce, possibly plants if the weather relents at all, books, bric a brac etc. will be gratefully received also, should you want to have a stall at the event, please contact me. WHITE HART - This Saturday, March 16 we have an Irish Night with live music from The Ballyregan Boys, local lads from the area, we also have the McManigan Irish school of dancers coming to perform and as it is Red nose Day on the 15th the girls are collecting for the CHARITY as well. ALL are welcome food being served from 6 till 9pm.

Thursday March 21 we are holding a Quiz Night in aid of 1066 Cycle Group the charge is £2.50 per person, 4 or 6 players per team. Please come along and help raise money for a worthy cause. Every month on the Third Thursday we hold an annual Quiz, always for a local cause, please if you can come along then do, its very hard for organisations to raise money the next quiz is to raise money for our local Church in Netherfield.

On Tuesday the 16th April the stoolball are holding their Annual Meeting. ALL are welcome the meeting starts at 8pm sharp at The White Hart.

On Monday 4th March the ladies lost 6-5 to the Royal Oak it was a very close game with both sets of ladies playing well, the team was Jane Beeden, Debbie Brookes, Coral Giles, Mandy and Lou Saunters, Marie Colvin and Sarah Hunter.

There are various groups meeting throughout the month including Boules, The Rover group, The Harley Davidson group, T.R.Cars and The Breakaway Club, if you would like to know more about any of the dates and times or the darts and football teams please give Sean a ring on 01424 838382. White Hart Boules Pitch. The pieste is free to use, any clubs please feel free to come and use the pieste, FOC any time except match days which are Saturday afternoons throughout the season.
