Netherfield Church - The remaining services this month are as follows: Sunday July 22 is a joint service of Holy Communion at Netherfield and the final service is another joint Holy Communion but at Mountfield. All services are at 10 am. and will be advertised here and on church notice boards.

The Coffee Morning hosted by Ted and Rosie Parkinson was blessed with some sunshine and it was a brilliant morning. It was so good to have a relaxed and sociable atmosphere without any demands made on people to help. A sign of excellent organisation that meant we could enjoy ourselves. Other than the obligatory, tea, coffee and very posh biscuits, there was a bring and buy stall, plus jewellery and needlework to browse. Thank you so much for putting this on and it raised over £150 for church funds – superb. Paul Smith Church Warden.

Netherfield Village Hall - We are planning a working party once the weather has improved to decorate and work on the outside of the building, if you are interested in lending a hand please contact Sue at the village shop, food and drink will be provided.

White Hart - There are various groups meeting throughout the month including Boules, The Rover group, The Harley Davidson group, T.R.Cars and The Breakaway Club, if you would like to know more about any of the dates and times or the darts and football teams please give Sean a ring on 01424 838382. The pieste is free to use, any clubs please feel free to come and use the pieste, FOC any time except match days which are Saturday afternoons throughout the season.  We have a group of ladies and Gents that play amongst themselves Monday Lunchtimes.

THE MOBILE LIBRARY will be outside the shop from 11.50 – 12.10 today, Friday July 20.
