The show homes will also open, giving potential buyers their first opportunity to see the style and quality of homes from the five-star housebuilders.

Barratt Homes will be opening the four bedroom Hesketh and three bedroom Norbury show homes at its development, called Berewood Green, on Thursday (November 16).

David Wilson Homes, which has named its development Berewood Heath, will open its four bedroom Bradgate and three bedroom Hadley show homes the following day.

Barratt Homes sales director Michelle Storer said the development is being launched at a time of increasing demand for new properties in the region and both Berewood Green and Berewood Heath will provide much-needed homes for local people and those moving from further afield.

She said: “This is an extremely popular area for people looking to settle in Waterlooville and we’re delighted to be officially opening the doors this weekend.

“The show homes will give buyers a real sense of quality, style and space with the homes designed with modern living in mind.”

Help to Buy will be available to use on many of the new homes in Waterlooville, to give first time buyers and those moving up the housing ladder the best possible opportunity to secure their dream home.

Michelle said the location and choice of high quality homes has already generated plenty of interest with the team keen to show people around the new development.
