New councillorfor Winchelsea
ANNA Hargreaves has been elected Winchelsea Ward councilllor for Icklesham Parish Council in a poll held last Thursday.
Anna defeated the only other candidate Richard Comotto by 133 votes to 99 in a 52 percent turn-out.
Anna, who is a parent governor at St Thomas’s Primary School, said: “I would like to thank all those who supported me.”
